Blessings, beautiful reflections, my name is Ambra (She/They). I have always had a deep connection to nature and spirit thanks to the ancient teachings I learned from my ancestors. At a young age I taught about herbal medicines and the cycles of nature. This guidance was the catalyst to the work I continue to evolve and offer. In 2012 I began my yogic teacher training, which laid the groundwork and ignited my passion to be of service to others. I believe that this knowledge and these tools should be accessible to those that are willing and ready. Since getting my teacher training, I have also completed courses in breathwork and reiki practices, traveled to different countries working with and learning to facilitate various plant medicines, and in 2020 I completed the Anam Cara Academy to become a certified End Of Life Doula. Each of these modalities further connect me to my purpose and passion. I am here to serve with an open heart and my loving intentions. Being able to share what I have learned, and continue to learn, has become one of my greatest joys. We are each other. I honor you and your strength. Ishwut Noshuun.
